Built Around Your Role

You Coordinate the Plan. We Coordinate the Move.

A relocation touches almost every part of a participant's plan — core supports, capacity building, providers, family, and timing. Standard removalists aren't set up to manage that complexity, which usually leaves it with you.

!

Too Many Moving Parts

Removalists, cleaners, SIL/SDA providers, utility companies and family all need to be aligned to one moving day.

!

Added to an Already Full Workload

Chasing quotes and managing logistics is time you don't have, on top of your existing caseload.

!

Risk If It Goes Wrong

A poorly managed move can disrupt a participant's routine, supports and wellbeing — and reflect on your coordination.

What You Get Instead

One referral, one contact. You make a single referral and we take ownership of the entire relocation.
We manage every provider. Removalists, cleaners, storage and trades are coordinated directly by us.
You stay informed. We report progress back to you at each stage, without adding to your workload.
Participant-first approach. Every plan is tailored to the participant's needs, routine and circumstances.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can support coordinators refer a participant directly?

Yes. You can refer a participant by phone or email with their details and relocation requirements, and we'll take it from there.

Will I need to manage the removalist or other providers myself?

No. We coordinate removalists, cleaners, storage and other providers directly, and report progress back to you.

Is relocation coordination covered by the NDIS?

It depends on the participant's plan and individual circumstances. We help you and the participant review what may be claimable under Core Supports or Capacity Building budgets before proceeding.

Do you work with SIL and SDA providers as well as coordinators?

Yes. We regularly coordinate directly with SIL and SDA providers, families and plan managers alongside support coordinators.

Can you manage urgent or short-notice relocations?

Yes, where possible — contact us as early as you can with the details and we'll advise on timing.

Ready to Refer a Participant?

One call or email is all it takes. We'll handle the rest and keep you informed throughout.

Refer a participant

Refer a participant for a relocation assessment

Send the participant’s details and what you know about the move. We will make contact, complete the assessment, prepare the itemised quotation and report back to you — without adding supplier chasing to your workload.

  • This tells us which coordinator should call you back.
  • Helpful details: your rough dates, property type and number of bedrooms, stairs or lift access, anything needing special handling, and who else needs to be kept informed (family, support coordinator, plan manager, agent).

What helps us most in a referral

  • Participant name and the best contact person, and whether we should speak with family first
  • Current address and destination if known, plus the property type at each end
  • Target or required move date, and what is driving it
  • Any access, behavioural, medical or equipment considerations to plan around
  • Whether the plan is agency, plan or self managed, and who approves spend
  • Other providers involved — SIL, SDA, allied health, hospital discharge team
Funding — an honest answerWhether NDIS funding can contribute towards relocation costs depends on the participant’s plan and their individual circumstances. We do not tell people their move is funded. We provide an itemised quotation so the relevant lines can be discussed with a support coordinator, plan manager or the NDIA before anything is booked.

Prefer to talk it through first? Ring 1300 972 040 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm AEST) or email bookings@movingsolutions.com.au.
