Yes. We issue a clear, itemised invoice for each relocation to support your plan management and record-keeping requirements.
Is a relocation automatically funded by the NDIS?
No. Whether a relocation or related supports can be funded depends on the participant's individual plan and circumstances. We recommend confirming this with the participant's plan manager or the NDIA.
Can you liaise directly with the participant and their support coordinator?
Yes. We can communicate directly with the participant, their family, their support coordinator and other stakeholders, so you don't have to manage the day-to-day coordination.

Send the relocation details and we will prepare a written quotation with every service on its own line, so it can be assessed against the plan rather than approved on a lump sum.

  • This tells us which coordinator should call you back.
  • Helpful details: your rough dates, property type and number of bedrooms, stairs or lift access, anything needing special handling, and who else needs to be kept informed (family, support coordinator, plan manager, agent).

What the quotation will show you

  • Each service separately — transport, materials, packing hours, unpacking hours, cleaning, rubbish removal, storage, equipment handling and trades
  • The inventory and access assumptions the pricing is based on
  • Anything quoted as a range, with the reason it cannot be fixed up front
  • Invoicing detail suitable for plan records, issued per relocation
  • A named coordinator to contact if a line needs explaining
Funding — an honest answerWhether NDIS funding can contribute towards relocation costs depends on the participant’s plan and their individual circumstances. We do not tell people their move is funded. We provide an itemised quotation so the relevant lines can be discussed with a support coordinator, plan manager or the NDIA before anything is booked.
