Free Needs Assessment

We review the participant's NDIS plan with the coordinator and identify how our services can be funded. We then assess the full scope of the relocation and prepare a detailed plan.

Custom Relocation Plan

A personalised move plan is created covering every element — home finding, packing, transport, utilities, SIL/SDA coordination, and settling-in support.

Full Execution

We manage everything on the day — and in the weeks around it. One coordinator handles all parties, all logistics, and all communication throughout.
